The Great Plan
The Ultimate Frontier The human vehicle was endowed with Mind about one million ten thousand years ago. The purpose of our existence was and is to evolve ourselves from clod to God, to become one with God through our individual efforts. Our Angels gave us at first a painless, provident environment believing that it would enable us to advance more rapidly. Instead, we merely lolled in effortless pleasure. So Eden was destroyed and we found ourselves in adverse surroundings--now, simply to survive at all, we would have to grow. To further accelerate progress, the Archangel Melchizedek incarnated among men twice before His coming as the Christ. In Lemuria, as Emperor, He established the Lemurian religion, which was based on Universal Law. Most of the Masters from our planet reached their level of attainment during the span of the Lemurian Empire. After the destruction of Lemuria, Melchizedek incarnated again in Atlantis as Poseidonis, Emperor. There He established the oldest of the seven Lesser Brotherhoods and assigned to it the task of documenting and analyzing all of man's various attempts to socially organize himself. These were early steps in the formation of the Great Plan. The Brotherhoods learned that to advance, Egos need both the truths of the universe and an environment, a civilization, that is conducive to Egoic advancement. The Great Plan charts the step-by-step course for the creation of a supremely conducive environment to be known as the Nation of God. "The only real purpose of a civilization should be to promote the development of advanced Egos. Peace, prosperity, freedom, and happiness are important because these conditions enhance spiritual advancement. But without the proper philosophy to guide men, there is no progress. Truth is the seed of advancement; a sound serene civilization is the climate; and man's mind is the fertile soil--together they give rise to human perfection." Dr. White Sixty-seven hundred years ago (4,700 B.C.), the Great Plan was initiated to re-establish a civilization conducive to Egoic advancement. The Brotherhoods are constrained, however, to operating through mankind as we actually are today and through all the cultures on Earth. Ideally, it would be far easier to start fresh, building a new civilization from scratch, than to redirect our existing misguided ones. Fortunately, the Masters were aware of a worldwide geological upheaval which is to take place after May 5, 2000. This will be a natural geophysical occurrence, rather than something God, the Brotherhoods, or Melchizedek is intentionally causing. It is a natural cyclical phenomenon, and they are using it as a cleansing agent to move from the old ways into a New Order. In 4,700 B.C., the Plan began materializing with the construction of the Great Pyramid of Gizeh in Egypt. This marvel of engineering incorporated mathematical symbolism to foretell events which will shape the progress of mankind. In 1375 B.C., Akhnaton (born in 1404 B.C.) became Pharaoh in Egypt, and he curtailed the influences of the priesthoods, established a religion worshipping one God, promoted the arts and science, and directed his people toward a more humane way of life. For example: Akhnaton established schools for the blind and the handicapped which continue in Egypt to this day. Moses was born about 1300 B.C. This High Adept helped to unite the Hebrews and increase the understanding of God's Laws. Around 700 B.C., Isaiah revealed in detail the coming of Christ. After Isaiah's disclosure, the Brotherhoods began in earnest their preparation for Christ's appearance. Between 630 B.C. and 550 B.C., five High Adepts: Lao Tzu, Buddha, Mahivira, Zoroaster, and Confucius incarnated to spread truths that would elevate man and prepare him for the coming of Christ. In 4 B.C., Jesus, then an Eleventh Degree Brother, was born with the mission of developing a near-perfect physical vehicle to be used by Christ, the Archangel Melchizedek. After the baptism rite, during which Christ entered Jesus' body, Christ's first tasks were to set worldwide national karma in temporary abeyance, erect communications barriers between the physical and astral planes, and impart truths that shall ever lead man to advancement. Christ used Jesus' body while accomplishing these tasks on the physical plane. He set national and group karmas in abeyance to ease the burden on subsequent generations. The barrier between the physical and astral planes served to inhibit nether entities from influencing incarnate Egos against their will. Also, He spread information that has endured even today, though since misinterpreted. The Christian priesthood that evolved from self-serving interpretations of Christ's message set back Europeans many centuries until the rational humanists of the Renaissance spurred an emergence from the Dark Ages. The return of scientific thinking and technical advances were inspired and directed by the Brotherhoods. In 1776, the thirteen colonies declared independence from England. They were guided by the Brotherhoods and some of their students: people such as Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin. The United States was set up as a stepping stone to the Golden Age. It has proved to be very valuable in fostering sociological and technological advancement in preparation for the events to take place at the turn of the century and beyond. On August 16, 1939, when Richard was twelve years old, he met Dr. White and was commissioned to do his life's work. On January 26, 1976, The Adelphi Organization was founded. Its purpose is to help create the climate and institutional patterns to be used initially in the Nation of God, by sponsoring the development of the community of Adelphi, Texas. The membership has accepted the responsibility for being a precursor city to the Nation of God and educating future generations in the Lemurian Philosophy. It is our job to survive the cataclysm by means of technology and positive karma and quickly rebuild and establish a highly cultured Lemurian civilization. |
